Melissa Santoro, LICSW
With extensive experience in sexual abuse-specific treatment, training, and clinical supervision, Melissa Santoro brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Pathway to Resilience. She has held key leadership roles in non-profit agencies, focusing on outpatient services for children, teens, and adults impacted by sexual abuse and related traumas. Melissa has provided professional training and consultation to service providers, stakeholders, and higher education institutions across the state. Her work spans supporting families formed through adoption, mentoring youth in independent living programs, and offering trauma-informed education to both caregivers and professionals. Melissa has also co-authored publications on supporting families impacted by sexual abuse and engaged in media outreach on child mental health and trauma.
Linzi Rae Matta, LICSW
Linzi Rae Matta’s expertise lies in trauma-focused treatment for survivors of interpersonal and system-induced trauma. With a career that began in victim services, Linzi has since developed a comprehensive skill set in clinical consultation, training facilitation, policy development, and program operations. her work includes interdisciplinary collaboration and teaching at Brown University, where she educated first-year medical students on how trauma, bias, and social issues impact patient care. In addition to her clinical work, Linzi is a professional singer and serves as Executive Director for Collegium Ancora, a Providence-based professional choir. her dedication to both the arts and trauma care reflects her deep commitment to fostering resilience and healing in all areas of her life.
